What is the RSA Certificate?
RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) teaches students to be professional while also staying mindful of their duty of supervision towards their customers, coworkers, and the general public when it comes to serving alcohol. We teach our students tactics to best encourage customers to drink within appropriate limits. Earning this certificate will prepare you for the challenges that come with serving alcohol.
How Long Does My RSA Certificate Last?
The RSA certificate doesn’t expire in the following states:
- South Australia
- Queensland
- Western Australia
- Tasmania
The RSA certificate requires updating every three years in the following territories:
- Australian Capital Territory
- Northern Territory
