General Construction Induction’s for international students, travellers or backpackers are offered nationally by Brisbane First Aid.
All states and territories that require you to attend a face-to-face General Construction Induction/ White Card course are:
- South Australia (SA)- Adelaide
- Queensland (QLD) – Brisbane
- New South Wales (NSW), Sydney
- Victoria (VIC) – Melbourne
- Tasmania, Hobart and Launceston
- Australian Capital Territory (ACT) – Canberra
- Northern Territory (NT) Darwin
- Western Australia (WA)- Perth
However, some states and territories can offer the General Construction Induction/White Card online. The states in which online courses are permitted are:
- Western Australia
- Tasmania
Please note: Brisbane First Aid Courses only offers Face-to-Face completion of General Construction Induction/ White Card training.
The General Construction Induction is delivered by registered training organisations (RTOs). Brisbane First Aid is an RTO: 31124 approved to provide this course and issue a Statement of attainments and General Construction Induction Card, which is the size of a drivers licence.
After successfully completing the construction induction training, Brisbane First Aid will issue your General Construction Induction Card as well as a Statement of Attainment for CPCWHS1001 – Prepare to work safely in the construction industry.
