Skills, Knowledge and Confidence Saves Lives
We aim to provide streamlined, comprehensive, cost-effective Australia-wide first aid training, equipping participants with the necessary skills, knowledge, and confidence required to provide a first aid response in various situations, including community and workplace settings to families and children.
A Registered Emergency Care Nurse, Sharon McCulloch, attended to many emergencies dealing with families and work colleagues. She noticed they all had one thing in common. They were all distressed and wished they could have done more during the highly emotional time. It became evident to her that most people didn’t know how to manage emergencies. Sharon decided to teach first aid awareness courses and train people to gain the necessary skills, knowledge, and confidence to administer first aid.
As an experienced Emergency Care Nurse and First Aid Instructor, Sharon combined her background in health and management and established FirstAidPro, a Registered Training Organisation RTO(31124) and Brisbane First Aid.
Her passion and enthusiasm are evident interactively and dynamically in all of her courses. She aims to make first aid training available, comprehensive and affordable to everybody. This approach ensures everybody receives the knowledge and skills needed to attend to an emergency confidently.
